About
One group, one standard.
Cerviz Ltd is a London-based parent company. We build companies in people, supply and technology, and hold them to a single operating standard.
The thesis
Why a group.
Most businesses live or die by a single market. A group doesn’t have to. Cerviz builds companies with complementary revenue — staffing, supply and technology — so the whole is steadier than any one part.
Underneath them sits shared infrastructure: one standard for compliance, finance, brand and delivery, applied across every business rather than rebuilt five times. That’s the advantage of a group — the second company is cheaper to build than the first, and better.
Each business is built to eventually stand on its own. The group is the operating system; the divisions are the products.
Structure
A parent, five divisions, shared services.
Cerviz Ltd owns and operates each business. Shared services — compliance, finance, brand and delivery — run underneath all of them.
Operating principles
What we build.
Cerviz builds systems, brands and assets — businesses with real operations, real customers and durable value. We back things that make plain sense: supplying labour, supplying goods, winning customers, and building the software that runs it all.
We take the long view. Patient decisions, proper infrastructure, and companies designed to outlast a single market cycle. Growth is a result of building well, not the other way round.
The standard is the same in every division: do the compliant thing, document it, and be the supplier a serious buyer is comfortable putting their name next to.
Founder
Built by an operator.
TODO: founder bio. A short, honest paragraph on who founded Cerviz and why — background, what they’ve built before, and the thinking behind the group. Kept factual, no inflated claims.
Building for the long term.
The plan is simple: build each division into a business that could stand on its own, and let the group compound.
